Using footage for "the entertainment of others" would breach the ICO's guidance for CCTV but IMO I can't see them pursuing it other than asking for the pub/bar in this case to remove it, where possible, from on-line sources.
The likely outcome of humiliating a customer is though possibly more likely to come from them seeking their own retribution in ways which also aren't necessarily entirely legal. Whether that concerns a individual pub/bar owner will no doubt vary widely.
