Amazon marketplace and NOT receiving items. Problems with FUN TIME MEDIA and others

As a basic seller I can withdraw as I wish or it is automatically withdrawn as you say. As a pro seller I get paid by (slow) bank transfer every fortnight. Pro sellers can be up to 18 days behind on receiving payment for a sold item. My pro payments are released on a Sunday evening and hit my bank account on a Thursday (for the last payment that was due Thursday just gone it still hasn't turned up). Especially at this time of the year it can cause problems.
As for refunds, Amazon refund themselves and deduct it from the seller's account. If that leaves a negative balance they will apply for funds from the bank account or credit card the seller has registered with them.
Ah right. I only had the automatic option when I sold on Amazon but that was a few years back and only one sold item. Haven't looked since if anything else is possible, just assumed it was still that one option as haven't heard differently.0 -

I am having problems with other sellers. I asked I've received a refund and wanted to know if I got a refund from the seller....The seller said this to me:
my account will not be debited as it wasn't my fault
So I don't think the seller refund when a case is opened....0 -

In what way was it not the seller's fault? He could use FBA, so Amazon store and send his goods out, if they were then lost it would be Amazon who take the hit. Can't think of another reason.
The items which I bought weren't marked to be shipped out via FBA. Seller does not seem at all bothered and is very very rude. Doesn't answer any of my questions and uses cheeky remarks, I think I will need to be compensated as they have wasted my time as the money could have been used to cover my much more important expenses such as bills. This Fun time media seller has caused me so much stress. Still waiting for my refund, Amazon told me it is my banks who takes long to process the refund. Sure thing, Amazon are just perfect aren't they :T:T0
