Paid another 100 quid off the overdraft now that the bills have finally cleared my account and the dust has settled so I can see how much money I really have left this month!
EDIT: After working out my total paid off amount it was only going to be another fiver to round it off to 15% so I've shoved that on my CC
#008: £855/£5700 15% :j0 -
Hi all, sorry to the newbies for keeping you waiting - Tuesday's are my busy evening - out of the house from 8.30am to 10pm!
Hi Ianise - It's not to late at all! You will be number 149, just let me know how much you want to pay off!
Hi Greenanne - welcome to the thread, you're number 150!
catriona - have updated your total. We still have plenty of time to catch up!
mayforher - congrats on the baby! Boy or girl? You're number 151 - just let me know when you can how much you've paid off etc.
hi can'tfindafreeuserid - just let me know your cumulative amount paid off - don't reset it or anything. I make a note of how much we have paid off at the end of each month, and can see the difference from that.
ruby - I love when that happens, especially if it's only another 50p or £5 you need to pay off! Congrats on reaching 15%0 -
I'm afraid I need a bit of a rant - very annoyed my work still hasn't pulled their finger out and signed off my promotion. I was told I should be reviewed last August, but wasn't aware I was supposed instigate the review, and not HR. A series of delays pushed me back to mid-December. My regional manager then had 2 weeks to sign it off at New Year (I'll forgive a slight delay because of Christmas) but I'm still waiting to have it signed off now. It really does not make me feel very valued/like my company has a very vested interest in my progression.
It's a really pants time of year for jobs in my industry, otherwise I'd have a renewed vigour for searching for new jobs!
Anyway, sorry - rant over!0 -

good news - OH's MOT is not due until the 28th Feb so it means we can take cash from next pay day if necessary. :j (fingers crossed we won't need to)0

Well it's frustrating because I am pushing, but HR said there isn't much they can do about it.
Won't mention my specific industry! I am covered under the big wide 'construction' umbrella, but there are a lot of specialities within that.0 -

That's just with my monthly payments. I've set up £500 of savings to go against the loan tomorrow - very excited!
What I'm really excited about is how both my debts are now under £2k, somehow they just seem more manageable all of a sudden.0 -
