Sat here reading your posts and feeling insanely jealous!! :D

So I have found £5 to pay off a tiny bit more! ;)

Just hate having this debt, hoping that all this struggle and effort to pay it off will cement in my head not to let it get out of hand again! Okay some of it was surprise house repairs after moving in to our new house, however there is also shopping and food spending from our holiday in America at Christmas...so it wasn't all essential!! :o Tut tut tut!!

    New figures #191 £2252.67/£5426.67 41.51%

My current goals are to owe below £3k and to get to 50%. :j Slowly slowly catchy monkey! :snow_grin

I forgot to mention we have our MOT, car tax and some work that needs doing to the car at the end of June! DH has just done a gig at the weekend which should hopefully cover all of this. Whatever is left really needs to go towards the 'income slowdown ISA' to cover the dip in wages later in the year...hopefully I'll be able to push a few quid into the cc account as well though! :)
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!

 Just to summarise how bad I've been with my money this month, I went overdrawn this morning! I blame the bank holiday. All my payments going back to last Friday didn't come off my account until today. I checked my balance on Tuesday, and it looked fine, so I bought a couple of little bits in Boots. That's what threw me over the edge...

It's rare for me to go overdrawn. I'm normally so much better at knowing how much is in my account, and how much is still due to come out... Well sometimes these things happen, it'll probably hit me with a £10 slap on the wrist.

I really need to figure out a way to tighten my belt for the next few months. It's possibly time to try setting myself a few little 'for fun' challenges, any ideas?

I know there's targeting a number of NSDs in a month. Maybe take out £10, and see how long I can make it last?
