Chrissy I love the photo of your big boned hound
He looks so comfy. How is DD doing? Has she taken to her iPad ? Is she joining you at the charity shop? I know I know I'm way to nosey but I was thinking about her
xxx
She is OKish, we have found that fizzy pop triggers her reflux disease which hasn't gone down well to say the least!
She currently isn't doing anything as her health isn't very good at the moment so we have postponed the charity shop idea for now. The LA SEN manager has left a message as she is almost 17 she really should be in some form of training/college until July but given that they haven't anything suitable and her health issues at the moment i cant see her going anywhere.
She loves her ipad especially now she has the headphones all i hear is her laughing at youtube. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Sorry to hear about the childcare issue, hope the other job works out better. Well done on the fb sales.:T
I picked up 3 pairs of those earmuff headphones in Tesco before Christmas. £10 each for some of our nieces, 17, 17 and 21. Took them back though as I decided I had enough bits for them. But at £2.50 they are a great bargain. They're lovely earmuffs even without the ability to play music.
Thanks. Can't do the other job either for the same reasons :-( it's nice to know I can get a job though. Gives me more confidence that something right will come up.
Good to know about the earmuffs. They only had one set or I would have bought one for dd top.Own_My_Own wrote: »nic I've shared your page on FB. You never know it may get some interest.
I'll get dd to like and share it tomorrow. Where as I have 20 friends she has more than 200.
And your plaques are lovely, don't put yourself down .
The only reason we don't have one is our surnames are different. I changed mine after ex got re-married. I asked ds if he wanted to change his name and he said ' Yes I want to be James Lewis Bond'
Only his first name isn't James and my surname isn't Bond. I still have no idea where the Lewis bit came from.
I think he would have killed me now at 20 if I had let him do it.
Thank you so muchI appreciate it xx
Nic as Linky says your makes are fab. I hope you find a way around your childcare problems, if I lived nearer, I'd be delighted to help:) xxx
Thank you. Lovely thing to say xx:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

Garlic flares my reflux off, I had a day of it yesterday but couldn't find the trigger even water was making it worse, they've changed my medication for it and it's not the right dose for me I think. I find reflux so frustrating.
Car is in for its mot this morning, might pop into the Tesco that is over the road from where we take the car see if I can get any post Christmas bits
Love and hugs and brownies for all xxx0 -
Did I say yesterday that I was going to break eggs with a stick? well, I couldn't find a stick! I started to feel yuck about 12md and by 2pm I was laid out on the sofa with 'man-flu' rotten day rotten night, and now feel better but wobbly legged, teach me eh? Still in bed but only for self administered TLC. I will do the banking and make the phone calls and then have an easy day.
Nanamia such good news about your SFAM, you obviously are the catalyst for confounding the medics, can we bottle it and sell it? no, bottle it and give it away to them as need it.
OMO these quotes are super, keep em coming.
