thanks for your replies - I have come to the conclusion they are the hardest people to buy for/make gifts, money is not a problem for them, they don't actually spend any time together so it makes it really hard
I'm really not sure they appreciate anything given to them I might just print out a picture of the kids & make a donation on their behalf to a charity !!!!

How about one of the gifts where you adopt something - I did an adopt a donkey thing a couple of years ago for my BIL and he loved it. To be honest, since they don't need or really appreciate anything at least that way you'll know your money/effort isn't being wasted and someone/something needy benefits - win win lol
It's the most wonderful timeof the year :
  • Lulu Condolences. It's so sad. Great idea about the westie keyrings.
A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, need less, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realise how blessed you are.

I have 38 people to buy for this yr though some are token / joint / family presents which help keep the spends down

will be keeping an eye open for drinks offers as need a few bottles
    for gifts
this year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk

Lulu he's a beauty at least you know he didn't suffer massive hugs!

Free spirt hoping washing the towls didn't take too long!

M&co thanks for the stationary tip!!

I've got 26 people to buy for including 3 doggies however four are already done! I'm getting my nephew a activity table for Xmas but we have them in quality save for £19.99 and it's the one I was going to get him so I'll get that on Friday! I've also saved a few bits off that amazon seller who someone recommended (sorry can't remember who) to buy on Friday! I'm also starting to deck utter for when I move and selling the bits on Facebook so hopefully it'll be a little more money friendly this Xmas!! Also I know people do the pots of gold so quality save & home bargains (sell the same stuff for same price) have boxes of twix miniatures for £1.49 there okay sized too!! Also they have a range of jlo perfume for 3.99-7.99 if that helps anyone? And lots of one direction stuff in for under a £1!!

I need some ideas guys! This Xmas will be mine and my boyfriends first and also our first in our flat so I wanted to make Xmas Eve special and do a Xmas Eve hamper and stuff but I have no idea what to put in it I know I'm putting polar express as it's my fave and he's never seen it but other than that I'm not sure!! Any ideas please?

What about a bottle of wine & popcorn for with the DVD? New PJs and slippers each? A personalized "1st" tree ornement (studio?) and a bathbomb or mini shower gel each.
You could maybe also add the dry ingredients for a special tea or breakfast together.

It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.

Thankyou I never thought about the breakfast/tea idea and I completely forgot about pjs haha! We both have very sensitive skin and can only use certain things so that's a good idea :D thank you
