Just been in the loft for a mega/eblay clear out and found a bag of stuff I bought for LAST Christmas that clearly I forgot about. That can go on this years list.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

freespirit66 that cake sounds amazing!! I love anything that involves cherries :D

I'm considering dying the ends of my hair green...only I've currently got henna on my hair, I'm in for a battle, and the stuff which apparently can be used to get it out happens to smell like rotten eggs :'( bad times!

No rush at all, honey. I'm still ploughing through those library books anyway.
Maybe you need a good cry to get it out of your system? I think sometimes there's nothing major wrong, but you just feel a bit teary.

Just been clearing out some weeds and rubbish from the front garden. Gosh, it's hard work-especially being so warm out still. Am I the only one not watching any kind of sport this weekend? Now sat in the back garden enjoying a beer and I can hear all the neighbours watching various sports. I think I can hear football and tennis. I know F1 is on at some point and of course the Tour De France (note to self-stay in tomorrow & avoid it all!). Blossom (cat) has settled under the BBQ in the shade. She's been out most of the day, so she's probably shattered by now.

What's everybody else been up to this weekend?

I have a public services announcement....

I've decided to dye the ends of my hair green... problem is, my hair is henna'd currently, and the only way to get rid apparently leaves you smelling like rotten eggs for WEEKS :'(

so you'll probably want to stay well clear of me.... lol.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend :)
I've had one involving lots of thinking which is never safe... and decided that if some people aren't going to make the effort why should I! :/

Pixtotts baby shampoo or head and shoulders should do the trick too, where did you buy your henna from?

Oooh thanks! I bet we even have some of that around here somewhere :D
It's only a lush henna I've been using, usually caca marron so has some indigo in it too. I love the colour, but I'm very fickle when it comes to hair colour... henna was a bad idea for me lol!
I read that the indigo can be hard to get out but I figured if I'm going green after if I can't shake the blue it doesn't really matter....:D

freespirit66 - I'll be sure to post a piccy for you :D . Who needs friends like that eh! When I feel weepy I indulge myself, I have tea and chocolate and watch a depressing film and fall asleep crying, and wake up puffy eyed and icky but feel much better for it... Sometimes indulgence is the only answer

I wish I was blonde so I could get away with hair like this.... http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/5f/4f/3f/5f4f3fbbfacce936c6b4211a270fc90a.jpg

But I'm not so this is what I'm aiming for > http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/736x/ff/b9/1c/ffb91cedbade6a69d5fcbc1869137203.jpg

    :)

I think it's short hair makes me dye it!
When I was 16 my mum let me have it cut shoulder length, then dark underneath was "in" so I went blonde underneath... then I had a bob cut and cried for a week, it was horrid! So then I went blonde all over for about 2 years, then back to brunette, then I bleached the ends. Then my hair was down to my elbows and I stopped attacking it with chemicals, I actually spent a summer with it up in a bun with a scarf round it every day.... well couple months ago in an attempt to make it healthy again I had 6inches off, then another 4inches six weeks later, now I have hair which feels really short to me, it's to my arm pits so it isn't but it feels like I have no hair, and now I want to dye it again! I think I've found my issue lol.

I also think I've spent too long googling hair today... I blame the tennis and the F1 bleh!
