Ghost in the House???

My sister moved into her new build house in peterborough about six months ago.My mum and dad live in London so she regularly come down to london to visit. Whilst she is away my sister husband has the CCTV running to check up on the house. Last week he logged on to his cctv system from a laptop and he spotted something which dosen't look right. yesterday he caught another interesting picture.
My sister is really freaking out now and she does not want to go back to the house as she think it has ghosts. I don't believe in any of that nor does she but this has really freaked her out. she has no pictures in her house and it's not a reflection.
The first picture if you look closely look like a women holding a small child. the second image i don't know.

I'm going to take a wild guess here
Window got a large smear mark either on the inside or outside on the 1st pic
2nd pic car driving past with lights on causing the smear to make the a white image as in if you got smudges on a car windscreen and the sun making it impossible to see out of0 -
1st one: all I can see is possibly a cat looking in from outside on the left.
2nd photo: window cleaner left a large smudge on the glass and this got illuminated from outside by a passing car.
Definitely no ghosts!

she cleaned her garden window only yesterday when she went back to collect a few things. As for the car driving past that can't be possible as there is no road which runs behind her garden. I'm just looking on google and there seems to be a lot of ghost sighting in Peterborough Hampton area.Save Save Save:o

it's quite funny how everyone sees things differently. I guess my sister minds are playing tricks on her which in turn playing tricks on me.

We have cctv at work and often "see" things
Feral cats outside look like the beast of bodmin (despite being tiny in real life )
Spiders dangling in front of the cameras are huge , moths or just floating dust make really erie picturesVuja De - the feeling you'll be here later0 -

How closely do you have to look?
I don't see that at all - even with the suggestion that "it's there".
As for the second image, it's a blob of white, and I don't see an arm there or anywhere else.
I speak as a fully paid-up fraidy cat.0 -
He needs to move the IP Camera so that the IR LEDs are not reflecting off the glass. This is can cause "ghosting" of the image.
Tell him to put some blinds up or nets up.0
