It's a ghost! There's no other logical explanation!"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Light shining through the glass reflecting back from outside.0

Just because it is a new build does not mean that it might not be haunted. Have you researched what it was built on? History etc of area.
Ghosts are not frightening as such - i have written before that I have had a few encounters as a midwife doing home births. Basically ask them kindly to leave you alone or not to worry as in my case. Ask your local vicar to visit the house if there is an uneasy atmosphere and they can advise and perhaps bless the house - that might help.I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Going with window smear and angle of camera. Can't see anything even resembling a figure in either.

It looks like the light reflecting off condensation. Are the seals on the windows blown?0

Its a mark on the glass. I can't see anyone.
Ghosts don't exist. Tell your sister to get a grip.

I do believe in ghosts and have had the privilege of seeing 2 so far - I have a man that walks around my house which I have seen and also my father in law (a sceptic) saw as well :-)
I have no idea if these pics are ghosts, or just odd reflections or camera anomalies. But I would say that your friend should not be frightened, and just ignore it - they won't do any harm.0 -
Has she gone away and left all the presents on the table in full view? I think she should be more worried about burglars than ghosts.0

A not-remotely-helpful post from me, I'm afraid as I don't "do" ghosts - but I've now got this earworm playing over and over in my head
