    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Morning All :hello:
I am back from my holidays, it was so nice to be exploring Paris and spending lots of time just me and my OH :) We actually got back last Thursday evening but between catching up on washing and thing's I have waited until today to come catch up. I have lots of wool to be making some more scarves, need to have a good look through which are the gifts for Christmas and which I will sell.
Two of our friends are now trying for a baby so I may have to adapt my knitting to make something if all goes well for them :o

All your makes are looking lovely!!!!!!! Florenceem, greentiger your cards are beautiful, they are better than many you see in shops :T mrsmoney-penny the bags and toothbag are looking lovely, sweetcarer the sampler is looking fab too!!

I am sure I have missed some people off so I apologise, but everything is looking lovely!!

    Enjoy your day!
Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

For those who like sewing things like the bead bags have you heard of wiggly bags? I used to collect them and distribute them but someone else is doing them now. They are little cotton bags with 2 pieces of ribbon, a child who has a Hickman (tube that goes into the heart and comes out of the skin) has the ends resting in the bag to keep it clean and stop it being tugged and the ribbon ties at the neck). There is also team Tubie who do wiggly bags, fabric pads that go around feeding tubes, bags to cover drainage bags and stomas etc

vikki, I have heard of wiggly bags, but I've not made any. That's another good use of fabric.

mrs-moneypenny, well done on getting your bags started. I posted mine off today - I don't live near enough to deliver them myself. The 25 bags (16 large and 9 small (the hospital mine are going to had a smaller size pattern too, great for using smaller bits of fabric) cost £2.80 second class, so I was quite pleased at that. Cleaning? What's that? Oh yes, it's using up bits of stuff that's lying around to make other stuff! ;)
