Hi all this testing post to see if I have managed to post an avatar. If this works I will be amazed I have been trying to do this for a year.:)Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.0

Afternoon boys and girls.
Hope everyone is ok.
Loads to catch up on.
Just in case it hasn't been mentioned- do you all now about the free app called Cartoon HD. You can watch and download absolutely tons of cartoons/films for free. There are loads of really recent stuff inc monsters university, turbo, Madagascar 3. All the Harry potter films, batman films. Have a nosy if you've got an iPad, phone etc xLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -

Thanks for the reminder, looks great. I saw it yesterday but forgot to install it. For those with Android devices, it is called Cartoon Plus on the Play store. There is also an Android App called Movietube which links to full-length movies on YouTube0 -

would you have a link for that savingsbabs. TIA
My hobby for 4 years was selling books. From when I first got my first laptop in 2006.
In 2006 i made £675
2007 £1033
2008 £696
2009 £441
2010 £247
As you can see the amounts went down due to royal mails postage increases.
I didn't do trade in but sold on marketplace on Amazon,Ebay.Play and greennmet. Also traded in on Musicmagpie cds and dvds. They send you a free postage label.
Selling books is very hard work now so I don't sell many now although I have still a few hundred listed.Only non fiction books sell and the thinner and lighter the better.0 -

So how long do we think it would take to run out a Bic biro from new?

All the flipping pens in this house and not one of them is a Bic Cristal
I think I might need to invent some sort of contraption to attach the pen/paper to the exercise bike, wonder if my mum has still got my old spirograph in her attic :rotfl:
This might be a good one for teachers - FloFlo - if they've got lots of marking to do0 -

No sense as to what they will buy or what for. Worth checking amazon trade in too.
We had one bought for £15 others for 25pSPC 2015: #319 £10.65 / £500 Bulgaria tin0 -
yes it does but once you break through the 'wall' you'll find you can run much further without the earlier difficulty. when i started jogging i began to wonder how on earth people kept on going but after the first month of daily running i found i was going 18 miles without stopping and could keep keep going still. the main thing i found was you need to listen to your body - if you feel enough is enough then stop. if you need a few days off then take it. but i have always pushed myself and dont like giving up. just persevere through the first month but dont overdo it or you will lose the sense of fun and enjoyment of it
Very wise words, thank youCalling all runners! When you say 'training run number 2', are you following a particular programme? I am going to start running again tomorrow and am looking for inspiration. Did a half marathon last year (actually wasn't last year any more, Oct 2012) but have only been running once or twice since, so am basically starting from scratch.
I'm doing the beginners 5k one on the bupa website. Very usefulMrs_stinkface wrote: »Afternoon boys and girls.
