New phone number to add to your contacts

Landline for tosco customer service went live 2 days ago

    0330 123 4055

It means calling from a mobile will now be included in your call time allowance (useful if you dont have a smartphone with 0800 wizard etc)

  • I take normal thyroxine which I hate taking. What is the natural stuff
    cashless cow?

Hi, sorry only just catching up from last night. I take natural desiccated thyroid (NDT) which is rarely prescribed by doctors as they usually only give the synthetic stuff which is nowhere near as good. I buy my own via reputable link from tpauk.com and have been taking it for 4 months now. My liver & kidney function have returned to normal levels, my chloresterol has dropped back to normal levels and I have managed to lose weight with normal sensible eating, having spent 30+ years on every diet going without any long term success.
Last year I was feeling totally exhausted, aching limbs, brain fog, unable to concentrate etc & went to doctors. I was told I had developed diabetes due to my weight and was told to get more exercise and eat less. This really frustrated me as I have a really healthy diet, swim 5 days a week & walk my dog every day, I read up about thyroid problems on the tpa website and realised that it could be why I am unable to lose weight. My thyroid blood tests showed that I was at the bottom of the range, but my doctor would not consider treatment, so basically I took charge of my health myself following the guidance on the tpa site. It is the best thing I have ever done. I have just weighed myself after eating anything and everything this Christmas and I haven't put on any weight!!
Tomorrow I am back to work and plan to restart my 16hr fast regime, as it really suited me before & hopefully I can continue to lose weight & reverse my diabetes too.

    Can you freeze cheese?
You can freeze hard cheeses (like cheddar etc), no problem. You can grate it first if you want, but I've frozen it whole, and it defrosted fine (supposedly, it can crumble when you defrost it whole) - I had a load in the freezer a few months ago when there was a Mr T Cathedral City glitch.
Though I've never tried it, you can also freeze brie and the like, according to the Marin French Cheese Company (146 years old, so should know what they are talking about)

With photobucket I usually click on 'edit' picture, then resize to around 500/600 width (it automatically adjusts the picture), re save it as a new picture, then click/save the message link. Hope that helps!
Thank you it's all a bit of a kerfuffle really, but ok now thanks
