With photobucket I usually click on 'edit' picture, then resize to around 500/600 width (it automatically adjusts the picture), re save it as a new picture, then click/save the message link. Hope that helps!

Afternoon folks

I've been out for training run number two this morning. Found it a lot harder than Thursday but it goes like that apparently.

I've been outside planting garlic too so hopefully come June/July time I'll have lots of lovely garlic to eat

Got some aloes to get repotted too, my mother plants don't stop producing little plants so they all need potting on
