Flaw in my plan - T didn't stock Giftcards for Curry's or PCWorld :(.

IPad mini reduced to £219 instore in Curry's - £10 off £100 voucher code on O2 Priority Moments app until tomorrow :) so £209 - anywhere cheaper please? Do we think stores will record Serial Numbers or could you buy if it gets cheaper elsewhere over the next month and return it ...?

Is anyone aware of store rules where they will only accept 3 Giftcards against one transaction? I had this excuse earlier so had to use cash which is annoying when I had plenty of cards from the Viking Nectar deal to use up .

    Many thanks

Anon, I bought 4x Kindle Fires in Currys on Thursday, using the O2 offers on mine and Dh's phones. I was very surprised that there was no record of the serial numbers on the receipts. When the SA checked out the transactions all she did was scan the generic barcode on the boxes- so no, I don't think that they track serial numbers so you should be OK to return if necessary. I too am returning the Kindles that I had already purchased at Mr T as Currys were cheaper.

Thank you to everyone whose advice has helped me in my desperate quest to make ends meet. x

EDIT-Back on the quest, I've been away too long!

Popping in to wish you all a very merry christmas and a happy 2014

Can I ask for your help in deciding a debate that has been raging......and this is whether you can eat gammon with gravy.

I know it can be eaten with chips, salad, pineapple, egg etc. But do many of you also eat it hot with gravy as part of a roast dinner?

    No gravy here :)

Do we think stores will record Serial Numbers for electrical items or could you potentially buy a new one if it gets cheaper elsewhere over the next month and return it ...?

    Many thanks

I've definitely had it with gravy before but don't think it's traditional as both are quite salty. I prefer ketchup :o but I think parsley sauce is quite common sauce-wise

    Chef brown sauce :D

Ooh, I'm slow cooking our gammon joint in Coke tomorrow (or actually Pepsi as it came free with our weekend take away :o)
    Yum Yum :D

We've yet to try and I am curious, how does it change the taste please? Sounds rather strange to me but lots of people have recommended it :)
