Royal Mail - Pointless rant

    Just a quick update on this if anyone is interested.

    This letter is still a no show - I contacted the company who sent it after the New Year break and they have now paid by bank transfer ( it is my preferred method of payment anyway but they originally wanted to pay by cheque).

    When I spoke to them they said that a number of items of mail had gone missing ( they are a solicitors) and that they had just heard on Monday 6th January that a letter they posted on 2nd December had just that day been delivered to the recipient
