Lovely to see you penpin
Jools I am glad that you got through yesterday relatively well.
Molly ((((Hugs)))) for you and DS x
The weather here has been horrendous today and I had to go shopping this morning for the fresh bits, it was if the shops were going to be closed for a week  and so many miserable burgers around, all pushing and shoving and not festive at all.
But luckily there were a lot more people who were in the festive mood, so many offered to help me because of being on a scooter and they wouldn't let me struggle, they just said what do you need love, the staff in Aldi packed everything into my backpack for me, another kind man unloaded the basket and packed for me in Asda and one little boy who was about 2 or 3 was sitting in a shopping trolley singing Jingle Bells at the top of his voice which really made me grin, bless him.
I thought that I had finished but I remembered tonight that it is the outlaws wedding anniversary tomorrow  so I need to go and get a card and a little pressie for them in the morning.
The garage only charged £10 to fix the car :j maybe it is because we are regulars, he said it was just a small job, the sensor under the brake pedal had gone kaput.
So we are all legal now
Got a quote to have all 3 chains replaced, £160 which is a lot cheaper than we thought, so we will have that done in late January.
DD has had a baking day today so I couldn't use the kitchen, but she and DS bought us all a Chinese takeaway tonight, which was lovely and a nice night off from cooking.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Evening everyone
The days are just whizzing by. Os is out the window as our garden is just a mud bath and 2 woofers mean continuous muddy prints. I am so glad we have wood flooring downstairs. Today I made shortbread and went shopping for a turkey as our Christmas Day plans got changed yesterday and we are now at home.
Most of the presents are wrapped, got to wait in for a delivery tomorrow, so will make mince pies and do a final clean through and finish the wrapping.
Travelling north in the 27th as its my dm birthday on New Year's Day and its a special one.
Jools - thinking of you, hope your Ds and dd are ok.
Molly ((hugs))
PP - hope your dd gets the support she needs. ((Hugs)) to you too. Sorry to hear you have been in hospital again.
Well if I don't get back on again before Christmas, enjoy the holidays and all the best for 2014.0 -

My husband suggested hiding their presses until Boxing Day, but I pointed out that our big family dinner at mums would be hell for everyone if we did. I think I might tell them that the reason they didn't get the too expensive robot dogs was because they were so naughty!0
