Argos have opened their clearance section again, so you can get into the stock at yor local store, there seems to good bargains, and some kids toys from 99p.

Miss Hoodie had her 1st trial day at her secondary school, bless her heart, 2am she was in bathroom doing her hair and cleaning her teeth.. apparently she was in there for about half an hr... yet she has no idea about it.

She came home tonight had tea, stretched out on settee, 530pm, woke at 8, said off to the toilet, never came back, she'd gone to bed. She was shattered.

They've given the classes, mixed up the schools, from what she said shes got a couple of her good friends from new school in the class, but downside is she has the bully girl from her last school... as I said she won't be able to get away with blue murder as she does now...

Hope everyone ok, and making the most of the nice weather.

Grandad Hoodie has shocked us all,.... the quickest he has ever done any diy... the swing seat got delievered yesterday, mum was over the moon, he fixed it up today... thou it was so funny wish got the camera...he tries to be a showoff and starts swinging on it like a traditional swing and tips it over, all you see is a pair of legs and arms in the air...

Bailey has already decided that it should be his seat, and Miss Hoodie has also claimed it... apparently tonight she was between the trampoline and the swing seat.

Had a mse night out 2 4 1 tickets to see Agatha Christie play "Black Coffee", it was brilliant, - took Grandad Hoodie as an early bday present xx

Haven't been up to much, trying to sort out craft room and things to ebay, determined to clear everything and then try to save something however little

Hope the eBaying going ok Susan, I'm aiming for listing on Thursday for 10 days, - got some clothes so fingers crossed there go.

Been semi mse - renewed our National Trust membership, had £20 voucher, then the money saved from the "allowance" when we were away, only had to put £10 to it.
went to a food and craft festival, - thou the prices one stall was charging £4 for a meringue - ok they were big ones and swirled but £4... we stuck the samples!! xx

rufusdog malta would have indeed have been great if it wasnt all work :-( not even a chance to visit a local shop to buy work choccies - had to buy overpriced box at airport grrr. Gave bestfriend a £1 pack of maltesers :rotfl: sunday (having got to hotel at 1:20 am) meetings 10 - 3:30 then 7:30 till 11:30! Crashed out 3:30 till 7:30 i was zonked! Then sunday meeting 10 till getting dropped off at airport. Had some nice fishy food though and meeting went so well, hoping to go again january (and will defo tag on some holibags)
Xoh and i had long talk about the future. We have decided to stay in the house for the time being. The house is in desp need of tlc (as am i - tunisia looks interesting mum2one :rotfl:) and the area is defo on the up, so we've decided it would be sound to invest in the house. Windows first (big breath). Chap came round to quote and asked if we were doing it in a oner of phased. I sed tell me how much and i'll tell you how many phases! He's the sil of a friend, doesnt advertise as all done by word of mouth, so hoping he'll be reasonable and fair.
Dd2 is sanding the stairs. She is looking for a job (of the 3 she's applied for so far no interview, interview but no job, now waiting on interview for third so fingers crossed) and sez she'll decorate the house till she gets a job
Xoh and i did some major stuff in the front garden yesterday which i will continue today (xoh having gone to the love of xoh's life fuzzle wuzzle)
Then need a sparky
And the roof looked at
And the gutters cleared
And the landing floor fixed
And the stairs varnished once stripped
And the basin in dd2's room replaced
And the kitchen counter (ironically cracked w/e xoh dropped the i'm in love with someone else and they're in love with me bombshell)
And the kitchen celiing lowered
And every room decorated
And the back garden sorted

Think i'll start by defrosting the freezer

Bit of an update... on facebook page - put the coffee table on local sellers page, within 2 mins I had 8 offers for it, now why did I only ask £5. Never mind, - the messages were going into other.

Checking away - there was a message from my entertainer from holidays, - he sent me a message on the day we left, hoping we have a safe journey, and that he was going to miss us...

Then there was a 2nd message a week later, was I ok as i hadn't been in touch.

sent him a hope your ok, general message, need I say who was bursting with exictement... Miss Hoodie... she thinks it so funny..

Its an odd can't sleep, came back down at 1am, and watched an old episode of poirot that been in memory since Xmas... (whoops). I will like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards tomorrow.. but at least dont have to go out! xx

Wow, there fab scenes, - just had an idea for the agatha christie one - a sachet of coffee "black coffee" - AG play - starring Poriot. (only coz we saw it the other ngt at theatre, it was a good play)

i bought all of my christmas cards for this year in January, Clintons had them all 4 for £1, even the ones that are like £6 each, i spent £10 so prob have 2015's sorted too, they were too cheap to resist!
