Hi all
Welcome
7roland8, CariadsNewstart and WantToBe :j :j :j I am sure you will have good fun on this thread.
Well, after all that worry I didn't need to extra pressie, DS2 made a calendar and cards that I didn't know about at the time of my panic.
I ate far less than normal but still managed to feel really stuffed/indigestion when we walked to the care home, I was really annoyed with myself for having second helpings.
I just spotted one of the bar staff from the pub on the documentary about M.R. James. Which reminded me that a few weeks ago my friends and I had to do an 'on the spot' piece for Radio Bristol, dread to think how that will come out, supposed to be on in January.
How did the meal/day go for you all?0 -
Hope everyone had a good day and not too stressful. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

I'd like to join in as well, will be saving gift vouchers and looking out for canny deals throughout the year.
Not much point my DD joining though - she went on the Debenhams and Body Shop sites yesterday and bought almost all her presents for next year's Xmas, birthdays and Mothers Day for tuppence ha'penny plus cashback :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Hi too all the newbies.
I made a start , I been to boots. I bough 10 things with my points. Last year I waited for the 75% and there was nothing left :-(
I'll still goto the 75% though , especially when mum2one lets us know ;-)
I also got myself some trousers and 2 tops, don't usually buy clothes but thought I'd treat myself.
Went to more reasons but there was no sales on there.
I hope to be a bit more money neutral this year. I did very well this year, but I'm going to beat a bit more. 100 items a month from February . And am saving in my VSP and not buy any craft things ( my biggest downfall) until I use some upChallenge 2018 - Learn by heart the Book by Wayne Morgan on Amazon - Betfair Football Trading as it helps to supplement my small income :beer:0 -

Bought my dad a book about a young lad doing a milk round, and put in milk chocolate, milk straws, milk gums and milk shake mix
