Really? How would you like to be given a pizza on Christmas day!? Doesn't exactly work with the trimmings, does it.

I'd have bee as unhappy with that as a (veggie) 10-year-old as I would be now!

My DS would be delighted to be given pizza for Christmas dinner. And he would have his pick of the trimmings, which would likely only be the yorkies and roast spuds ;)

I bet she'd be more than happy with her own pizza customised with her favourite toppings. Easy peasy.

NO, she wouldn't - she is a real 'foodie'! has a quite sophisticated taste in food. and enjoys learning new recipes with me. to her 'Pizza' is snack food - not a proper meal.
and this is her first Christmas as a vege (or more properly she tells me she is a 'piscatarian' as she will eat seafood). she disapproves of modern farming and butchery methods. she is still thinking about her stance on eating 'game'! but, doesn't eat it at the moment.

She is ten going on 'forty'! a very mature child!

Is a sagittarian someone who only eats goat? :)
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

I've had pizza for Christmas dinner at the Buzz Lightyear diner at Disneyland Paris.

Perhaps I'm one of the few who is not too bothered what veggie meal is served up, as long as it is well-executed. There's so much food around at Christmas, I doubt anyone would go hungry if they missed a big "main" dish at Chrismas dinner.

I am delighted to say she loved her 'nut roast' as she had never had one before! her 'pigs without blankets' went down well too! and with her 'special gravy' she cleared her plate!
I got her to taste test it before lunch and she virtually identified everything in it! rofl - I told you all she is a 'foodie'. she said ' There,s sage and onion (its like stuffing), nuts, and spices'! at just aged ten I think that's pretty impressive!

the red cabbage - those that tried it loved it! the others 'missed out'! but, I do have at least three 'sides' now in freezer. It was gorgeous!
one small red cabbage goes a hell of long way though!
