I know our local bus company trent barton do have some that dress as santa and run competitions if you see them on the bus. Or like one of the drivers i've known for years has a hat that says something like 100% scrooge at Christmas hat on. It is a lovely story though:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

34 years ago this month I had just had my first baby and was in the nursery in hospital at about 4am breast feeding on my own.
Who should walk in but Father Christmas with a present for me. It was such a surreal magical moment I will never forget it. I was told later it was one of the consultants. ( I prefer to believe otherwise)

This is a lovely story. I had something similar happen last year when I was getting on a bus with DD2 who was 7 at the time and beginning to question the existence of the great man after being given hints by her older brother age 15 and sister age 13 that Santa wasn't real!!!! It was lovely to be able to say to her that Santa definitely existed and was real because she'd been on a bus driven by him and that seeing is believing!!! A year later she's still suspicious and not quite sure so I just remind her that Santa practices for his long flight on Christmas Eve by driving a bus and that she's seen him doing it!!!!!loobylou2.Proud to be dealing with my debts and aiming to sort out the mess in 2013!!!!:eek:0

How lovely for you and your daughter to have such a lovely memory.
My eyes appear to be leaking tooPlease forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -
Cheers for that, the Cynical Humbug here seems to be reaching for the Kleenex!
I did once get a lift home on Christmas day by Rudolph...was abroad visiting friends, waiting for the bus to turn up and along came a bus with a giant light up red nose and antlers on the wing mirrors
