A lovely magical story. Thanks for sharing.

I would post a comment on the company's Facebook page to thank them.

Best wishes for Christmas and the new year.

Have just searched for 'Stagecoach bus', and although several pages appeared, none seemed to be used very much.

On Stagecoach webpage, there is a 'contact us' option.

    http://www.stagecoachbus.com/customersercontact.aspx

It looks like you select your area, then (presumably) are able to contact them.

    Hope that helps :D

I agree, emailing might be best. It's great to congratulate when a company go out of their way to provide a fantastic service.

Have just been posting on Tesco's Facebook wall to tell them how helpful their staff were when recently shopping there.

    Best wishes

that is so lovely. The stagecoach drivers in my area range from the surly to the lovely - and I am often tempted to email stagecoach - and in this instance I think you should!

my OH was just doing his job as a Water company inspector - but the family of one old lady he helped thought he had gone above and beyond and emailed the company to praise him. The company was 'chuffed', OH got a personal letter of thanks from the CEO and was featured in the company newspaper and a copy of their letter was apparently placed on all noticeboards with the caption 'THIS is what we aim to achieve'.
