tea was made and 1/2 eaten - just too warm to scoff properly - me, not the food.

Lots of things started too such as bits being moved from about the place.

Hoping to get a good nights sleep and be fresh at it tomorrow

Did my 20 free listings - not sure what i've done wrong :o really must stop using my phone for it :o seem to have managed to list items at BIN or best offer - i thought i was just listing things at a set price :o in some ways is at a set price but not sure what i did - don't think i was charged for it mind so thats ok.

Morning all - not up as early as i would have liked but did not sleep well at all and am very tired still *yawn*

Received an offer on an item for sale, so made counter offer will see how that goes.

Just having a cuppa. In one of my banks i have about £15 in an account i'm not sure how to get to :o Not used for years and was sure i'd emptied everything. I'll nip in next week on a life admin day - its the same bank where the LOFT savings are so i'll move it into that hopefully for a nice little boost :T

Just having a cuppa then back to the pages - good thing about the pages is it gets me back into the swing of things without too much effort ;)

Going to get a page done and then sort the freezer inventory out so i know where i'm up to - no freezer food for the next couple of weeks though as its so full! Had a cheap BBQ though with a pack of 19p sausages, 99p bacon and a free burger - barm cakes were 99p for 8 and used 5 and used a free onion as well :T

    Busy busy busy!

On the laptop there's a box to tick for best offer, I don't know if it's different on a phone. I don't have it on most of my listings as they are already very low priced and if I let them go for any less, then that's all the money gone.

Hope your counter offer is accepted!

I've listed quite a lot of late, 'best offer' is ticked by default. It's ok for the most part, although there is the odd twit who will make frankly offensive offers (I sold a DVD box set for £40 last week, my worst offer was *£15* :rotfl:)

Other offers have been more sane (say £1 off a DVD selling at £8), I will typically accept as the 'value' is very subjective for secondhand goods at the best of times.

Thanks for the explanation jwil and ed :) i had thought i was listing at fixed price - but to be honest quite a bit of this stuff will end up on the carboot and will no doubt sell for less there so i am happy for offers to be made.

Spent some time with my Mr and booked the tickets that he needed to do and i've only been asking him to sort out for a month. The room is my job - he's happy with the 2 options i've found but i can't get an answer at the place i really want - typical!

Done 1 piece of the turkey, need to do other piece then its all just ready to eat :)

    Finished pages :T

Need to get back to it but lunch is almost ready now.

Think i'll have a minute to myself having lunch and then:-

    List 1 - 11 with detailed inclusions

move 1 item from 2nd workbag

    finish stripping meat from turkey

    move 1 item from landing

    Hi all,

Well its that time to do the words list - phew! So aiming for 300 words and then back here for an update.

Good thing i'm returning those items - just got tickets to a show as they had some returned - it was completely sold out every night so i am feeling very lucky to have got them :T I'd always much rather have experiences than possessions although shoes are a bit of a necessity  It is money spent but will be a great night and with family so a bit of unexpected quality time which is always good :) I will also wear one of my new dresses - i am making the decision to make the most of things - i often save items for 'best' and then they hardly get worn :o It is one of my more casual dresses rather than the more 'dressy' ones that i got :)

Still not got through to the b&b to book - really hope they can fit us in.

Right armed with a cuppa :coffee: and mucho wordage

I hope everyone is well, and as i said i will be popping round diaries over the coming week. i do appreciate the continued support just been overwhelmed with life stuff at the mo.
