    Morning all!

I am not too good today :( so will need to postpone my run until tomorrow :( - hoping i feel a bit better soon but have pottered with bits i can do this morning. I missed yesterdays daily transfer - but i was out of the house for 17 hours straight yesterday so when i got in just moved the necessary things and then straight to bed.

Got caught up with it today though and as well as usual £1 paid some extra from various savings too :T Annoyingly spent on 2 meals yesterday when 1 would have done  so matched this amount as an overpayment for most expensive 'meal' (sarnie & drink). Lesson learnt though so should not happen again - think it was just sheer tiredness in being out of the house all day :(

I have alot to do on my long list and just want to either lie back down or go back to bed :o

Going to potter a bit more and maybe go for a siesta and see how i feel after that.

Yesterday i also tripped up and tore a hole in my shoe - they were a pair i had been keeping wearing until they fell apart - cost per wear must be less than 1p as i'd paid £5 for them a few years ago and have worn them hundreds of times - but i don't like to part with anything useful - they are now in the bin. I didn't bother buying a new pair yesterday as i have plenty at home but it was pretty wet here so i did have a soggy foot all day :o The positive is that they were well used and have now been decluttered.

I am keeping track of shopping spends and purchased a cleaning product yesterday - this wasn't needed yesterday but i get the equivalent back towards a meal out so the purchase for £1 felt like a freebie if that makes sense?

I also realised i don't post about money i find in the street - i do pick this up :D but we both save this together in a separate savings pot for treats :D

Got another couple of goals for next year decided so that feels good and i m so motivated and wanting to get on :) Got to finish this year positively too mind. So hopefully no more unnecessary purchases like yesterday :naughty:

So far i have 3 things ready to list on the bay of e - i was sure there was a 4th item but can't remember it now :doh:but am sure it will turn up at some point or failing that can be sorted in the next decluttering batch :D

Hope everyone else is well xx

Washed dried and moved pots. may try some lunch in a bit. Also discovered my Mr hadn't done something i'd asked him to so did that as well.

Am not really able to concentrate much (illness) so have spied the item i am going to focus on - 'the box of all things' i seem to recall it made guest appearances in many of my lists but never got tackled  As it now won't close i am going to work on that doing bits at a time. It is mainly paperwork and plots and plans so a bit at a time will see it done today i hope ;)

Got post and already dealt with that so no build up of unnecessary paperwork there either ;)

Freezer is finally showing signs of a bit of space but am batch cooking tonight if i'm up to it and if not tomorrow so that space might get taken up again  Hopefully its all getting easier though :)

DDFW, if you're ill, should you be having any goals at all beyond looking after yourself and pottering a bit? Take care!

I agree with KC :D Be kind to yourself lass. Some days it is just IMPOSSIBLE to organised food to take with you, AND the stuff you need to do while you're out AND a 17 hour day AND still be sane at the end of it. If you have to buy an extra sandwich, you have to buy an extra sandwich.

    That's all it is - a sandwich - not a moral failing :kisses3:

(can you tell I've had to have this conversation with myself before now?? :o )

    Thanks guys :)

KC - i do know what you mean but the problem with this illness is when it strikes it can stop me doing anything so i just try to get something done to both ease the boredom and also to achieve a little something. Unfortunately i can't study when it happens :( and it wipes me out for the next day at least - so today has been both less than productive and somewhat spendy - see my next post :o

Cheery - yes i know what you mean but i bought the sandwich and then bought something hot to eat instead :o I ate the sandwich yesterday and it was very bland so even felt like a waste of money :( But i do intend to buy something hot now each time i'm out for 17 hours so i guess it is lesson learned

    Hello All!

Having been ill yesterday i had a bit of a lie-in today which meant i did not achieve anything before going out. I have been to the hairdressers  and athough i had confirmed the price previously (a bit more than i usually pay) the price has come in way more than that  Almost £100 :eek::eek: There were various extras that were needed (due to poor hair care by previous hairdressers) and also a problem that needed treatment to sort it out but still :eek::eek: It *is* much better than it was, it feels like its been rescued somewhat and is looking far healthier than it was so in some ways money well spent but i am still reeling :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Following this i put to mch petrol in the car :( a momentary distraction. And then bought some winterwear  and extra grocerys :o and some make-up :o I should not be allowed out!

Going to do the batch cooking i didn't get done yesterday and see if my head is sorted out enough for me to do some studying too.

I've lifted another item out to sell - a top i got that was a bit too tight and is no a bit too big *sigh* I will see if there is more to go.

The jacket i've bought can be returned , which i am thinking about - i couldn't really think about it in the shop so bought it to consider at home.

I am still feeling quite run down so will get done what i can and then assess the damage properly.

    Hope everyone is well xx

Spendy elves :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I'll pop in and see what you've been buying :D

Erm... about the hair... it felt better yesterday :o but today :(:(:( To be honest i wasn't very happy with it when it was done - the colour that was added has been put under my top layer of hair - if that makes sense? So you can't really see it - ok so i guess its subtle. I was thinking yesterday that it was just me but having really looked at it today no, its hidden. I've also tied it up all day because... down... its looks horrid  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Ok thats maybe a strongly accurate description - i wear my hair down alot because it suits me that way but today it just looked like it really needed a good wash and *something* oh dear - i think i'm just not having a good hair day / month / year :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: maybe i should just shave it like i was thinking and see how it grows back :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Yes it does feel that bad right now.

    Hello All,

I intended to report a NSD but realised it hasn't been - oops! Today i purchased lotry tickts and sme petrol. The petrol was in advance of a big drive tomorrow - i am just waiting of my fingernails drying before going to bed in the hopes of waking up refreshed and energised  We'll see eh?

Hopefully i'll recoup at least some of the petrol cost off my Mr but we'll see.

I am returning at least 1 of the items purchased yesterday so a little refund and i am going to try the jacket on again and really decide what i am going to do. i should have decided this of course before painting my nails but it can wait i guess as i won't be able to return it for a few days anyway.

I am up to 5 items ready to list now but can't get on the bay for some reason - i've had this happen to me a few times. But they are there ready.

I am going to add a very boring item onto this weeks list - which is muchly being rolled over into next week. Basically i am a person who has 'nothing to wear' and yet seemingly plenty of clothes :o I always put the same thing on to wear as it is an easy outfit - this is leaving items which are much nicer being unworn. This will highlight for me anything which is:
    too big - sell it.
too small - target item or sell it?
fits but i don't love it - sell it

Fits but what do i wear with it? This way i can piece outfits together a bit better. I know this may sound quite basic but I think as i'd gained a fair bit of weight i lost some of my confidence and now i've lost some weight i need to put something on other than leggings and a loose top :o In the summer on holiday it was easier as it was so hot and i was somewhere else - now its a bit colder i need to wrap up and i've got jeans that fit but am not wearing them - so hopefully this will give me the boost i need and clear some things along the way :)
