Horrendous dog fouling

There is a special process of elimination you can follow to find out which neighboor is responsible.
Gather all neighboors together and go around them starting with "Ip dip dog £$&* you are not it"0 -
We have neighbours who used to do this. When my husband caught them in the act (the dogs, not the neighbours!), he ran out with a bottle of bleach and poured it all over the pavement outside our gate, ranting that if he saw them doing it again, he would put it through their letterbox.
He caught them again a few days later, he happened to be looking out of the window. When he banged on the glass, the woman nearly jumped out of her skin. He went outside and she ran down the road with her !!!!!! husband and their dogs. Now, they walk on the opposite side of the road, and I've seen them putting the dogs in the kerb to do their business.
They still don't pick it up though, so everyone ends up with it all over their car tyres.:mad:"I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0 -
I saw a thing on telly about how a local couple put little flags on the poo in an alley, they used up a lot of them too.
Kept doing it for a few weeks and eventually the dog owners found somewhere else to do it or picked it up.
Flags with copies of photos taken of the dog owner would be good.0 -
Months later and the fouling continues in fits and starts. The council have 2 wardens patrolling on some days and they are keen to catch them. One of them is a young hoodie who just doesn't care. I haven't caught him but others have witnessed him. One lady challenged him after he left mess at the end of her driveway. His answer was "you clean it up"
As for the Jeys fluid on the footpath. I thought it was working but they still come back and I do re-apply it once a week.

If its been going on this long, invest in a CCTV camera. They are cheap enough and will provide evidence to the dog warden.0

It's knowing when to turn it on as it happens so random.0
