I think I missed something, what are these wonderous things?
I'm now chickening out, thinking about how much Ryanair would charge if a bag ripped while in the overhead locker - it may expand the suitcase to 5 times the size :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Lol brilliant idea! I've seen them advertised on the shopping channel adverts late at night and they look great
We have plenty of space these days but I would still use them as they keep things nice and clean... when we were in the flat I would have LOVED LOVED LOVED these to fit in all of LOs bits and pieces.
Well done on the M&S front, I love going round picking up their yellow stickers as the stuff is so yummy. Haven't been round our local in a long time, you may have prompted a wee nosy round it tomorrowxx

I had no idea roll up space saver bags existed :kisses3: I think I love you :kisses3:
LGP, I'm a proficient pile reorganiser too
Misscousinitt, thank you
Kola, I don't think I'll ever go back from vacuum bags now. They're such a sanity saver when living in a small space but keeping things neatly tucked out of the way in general is lovely, I have a history of being overwhelmed with stuff, so knowing that I don't need as much storage space in future is pretty liberating.
Slept for almost 10 hours solid last night. Yesterday I finished off my CV, ticked off the important work stuff and did some more research and then I hit the wall of tiredness. Practically had to take a nap at 5pm and didn't really recover (but enough to read most of my book :T). Mr M had to tuck me up in bed in the end and I went out like a light. Today has so far been verrry slow, I suppose I've needed a proper rest so am just going to plod on for the rest of it. It's made me realise though that I probably can't take on strict full-time work still (I'd been considering it), so I feel a bit calmer knowing that I do just have to focus on part-time-like hours, and then anything on top is a bonus at the moment, but keeping it flexible is key. Also made me realise (again) that getting my health into a better state is top priority if I want the advantage of being able to work more, so must start making time for exercise, taking proper rests, eating well etc and get back into a routine with it all.
Main plan of action today is take library books back, meet Mr M late afternoon and pop down to the cinema. Will do some tidying, reading and odd worky bits too but might treat today as a day off and catch up with some work at the weekend (the joys of self-employment - retrospective holidays)
Must try and get a Quidco check-in when I'm in town, it's been sitting at 98p confirmed for ages and is now officially doing my head in. Might try and do some VO surveys as well, they've been sadly neglected of late.a penny picker upper. Just been sorting out Mr M's birthday presents. Of course everything he wants off Amazon comes from individual sellers with ludicrously high postage costs. At least it's been covered a bit with gift card balance. Was about to get something else online, and was so happy to see a nice healthy cashback amount for the site, but now the thing I was going to get is out of stock, woe. Going to give up now and sort the rest out another day.
Had a look to see how far it was to walk to the cinema instead of using public transport... google reckons an hour, so maybe I'll save that for a sunnier/more energetic daya penny picker upper. Vacuum bags are good if your bag splits on holiday, your knickers don't go round on the baggage reclaim.
LOL luckily it was rather a few years ago, that mine did.

:rotfl: LGP!
Lovely trip out to the cinema, library books back (never finished that one I was reading in the end but now Mr M tells me he has his own copy somewhere!), home to chicken soup and bargainous baguettes.
Continuing good work with decluttering: fruit tart finished off, stollen bites almost done, addictive crisps are out of the way so they can no longer torment me. Best to get some languishing bits out of the picture before really knuckling down with healthier lifestyle... oh, Mr M has just made me open a packet of Lebkucken.
Made £2 on VO earlier, getting back into the swing of things on 1Poll. Helpfully one of the surveys was about phones & contracts, which reminds me that I need to have a nosey around for a better SIM-only deal. Mr M worked out at the weekend that I'm probably paying way and above what I should be given my usage, I think it was because I went down to paying a quarter of what I was paying before for my blasted iPhone which seemed great, but I still didn't realise that I could probably be paying even less than I thought. So that's one to sort out asap.
Energy account now up and running, looks like we'll be switched over before February! With any luck that'll mean a big, fat cheque to me from current supplier. *crosses all fingers and toes*
The rain made me forget about £co check-inA job for another day. In happier news I gave my broken umbrella a good shake and it somehow snapped itself back together. Magic!

P*M, those are wise words and it takes a lot to realise and accept that you have to take things more slowly than you'd want. There's a big difference between being well enough to do things around the house etc from 9 - 5 and being fit enough to work full-time, as well as all the things you do at home and you really shouldn't push yourself before you're fully able, it's worth listening to your body and it's great that you're a good listener.
You have to be the tortoise, not the hare in the race to get back to full-time fitness and there's nothing wrong with being a part-timer!Stash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

To work part time would be a dream! Like habiboo said, there's absolutely nothing wrong with working part-time.M3 Dec2015 #160 Target £150,000 (BU £155000)0 -
Fab brolly news. I have a brolly, but i only really need it on the nursery run and then I have my hands full anyway with the girls, various bags and whatever toy paraphernalia is chosen that day, so I have a wooly hat and opt for the wet-dragged-through-hedge-backwards look
Part time sounds like the best option for you. You're affording everything and also making OP's so don't add any pressure.

Habibiboo, BlueMoo, Tootoo (ooh, I spot a theme there
) thank you, I think that's just what I needed to hear
It's hard not to get swept up into thinking that I should be doing more.
You're right though, considering how thrifty I am, and how much I have made things stretch recently, then I know I can get quite far on part time wages for as long as I need to. Plus I'm never short of money-making schemes, so will probably make up the extra but in a non-pressured way.
Tootoo, I do the woolly hat thing too, it's now looking rather bedraggled though I must say, I might have to give it a bit of a spruce up soon (de-bobble & sew up the loose bits!)a penny picker upper.
