  • There was lots I wanted for my 7yr old son when I looked at the preview - my slot was 8pm and it's all gone! Rubbish :( will have to do Boxing Day at the store
  • Managed to get most stuff I wanted in the sale with my 5pm slot! Thought they had quite a lot this year altho I noticed that some of the prices went up from the Preview pages in the actual sale. I wanted a changing table for our new arrival next year and took a screenshot of it on the preview sale where it was £90 but when I went to buy it tonight it was £130. Can they do this?
Still managed to spend nearly £700 tho on furniture and clothes for our impending arrival! Oops!x

7pm slot very poor. Don't know whether I can be bothered to do boxing day :(

My slot is not until 6 am tomorrow. I had my eye on three dresses, two pairs of trousers and a couple of men's jumpers. I've just checked and they've all gone, so at least I won't have to get up early tomorrow.
What a waste of time, but as it's the same every sale I should have learned that by now!!
  • I had a 7pm slot and got some of what i wanted. I went to my basket and tried to delete the items that had a 4 week wait and it booted me out and i had to sign back in and found my basket empty :(

Oh well saved me over £100 as stuff had gone oos by the time i went back to them.
    :naughty:

    no, it's the same.

I had a 7pm slot, not a lot left for kids at all but still got a few things, luckily I had a friend with a 5pm slot and she got my most "wanted" items!!

Really disappointing - virtually everything i'd wanted was gone by the time my rubbish 9pm slot came around. Back to hoping for an early VIP slot next time..

The only thing I can say to others is that it is worth keeping an eye on the site in a few weeks time (when the first "returns" start coming back into stock). No use for really popular stuff like Superdry but there is a chance of picking up some of the OOS Next stuff.

biggest con ever this year!! Loads of items are showing as out of stock in my VIP basket, but I am still able to add to my basket and go right up to checkout on the main site - ie. paying FULL price!! What a rip off saying that things are out of stock when they are clearly not. Not impressed at these underhand tactics... x

They did this last year too. It appears that they have a certain percentage for the sale whilst leaving the other percentage at full price. I remember quite a few people on here phoning about this to complain but getting nowhere.
