DPD joining the ranks of useless couriers

I've had many deliveries from DPD, when I see that DPD are delivering it makes me very happy, always on time.

I have nothing but praise for DPD. Tracking site works fine, and they turn up within their hour slot every time!!

Yup,I would rate DPD as in the top of the courier league.
Of course no carrier will get it right 100% of the time

I am awaiting a delivery from DPD today.

I made the order from CPW on 24th Dec and was told it'd be delivered today.
I received a text (not giving a time slot) and email yesterday, saying it would be delivered today.

I then logged into their 'Track my Parcel', and it says estimated delivery is for Monday.

I cannot get hold of anyone from DPD, as their phone systems dont have an option to speak to a real person, and i have emailed my query to them but it can take up to 24 hours for a response from them.

Any idea if i should believe the text and email, or their online "Track my Parcel" function?

Well, because the email and text says a different thing that the tracking info?

They deliver from 7.30am-7.30pm..so still have another 2 hours or so to deliver today.
