Old Fake PCN - New Demand

I originally received a ticket from UKPC in March 2012 and, following the advice I received here, ignored it and the subsequent chain of letters from UKPC, Debt Recovery Plus and the last one being in July 2012 from Zenith.
I have JUST received ANOTHER letter from Debt Recovery Plus, on behalf of UKPC threatening to pass my case on to LPC Law.
I realise that the law has changed now, what do I do next??

Ignore them unless you get a letter before claim, it's a pre pofa 2012 ticket so unless you've told them they have no idea who the driver is, there is no keeper liability. And only the driver could be liable. So wait and see
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Yes it has changed, in October 2012, but it is not retrospective. it only applies to PPC tickets issued after that date.
  • So this is just another ploy to extort money from the unknowing and nervous. They make me soooo cross
