Afternoon All,
Just popped into a Tesco in Belfast and I was going to buy a DVD of the movie "It's a Wonderful Life" until I noticed the price - £14.99, for that price I would have expected Clarence to come free with the DVD. Unbelieveable that retailers would be foolish enough to charge such a high price.
I know - bah humbug

Forces of supply and demand at work! Tesco direct had it at £9.99 and Asda £11 - both out of stock0

and Amazon has import-duty/tax on top
"New Region 1 DVDs are dispatched from the USA or Canada and you may be required to pay import duties and taxes on them"0 -
I've just found it for a tenner on Amazon but tell me somebody, why is such an old film attracting so much interest?
I just picked up War Horse for a fiver in Tesco today and it's much more recent.
Am I missing something?0 -
