Hope you had a brilliant day today BB and got lots of spoiling:):)
Chucking it down here for most of the day.Coffee morning was fine if slightly short of folk, but its the time of the year when everyone is rushing around like headless chickens.Just been onto Virgin and got a really nice deal including a Tivo box for around £20.00 a month less rental from January:)I watch mainly terrestial TV on catch-up so 100 channels + are wasted on me, whereas an extra 320.00 a month less to pay will go towards the holiday in August
:)
No point paying for stuff I never watch.
Pub quiz tonight,I think it will be Christmas based so have been swotting up on Rudolph's reindeer names, bit of fun and a supper thrown in all for £2.00 a bargain I think
DD has the day off tomorrow so I guess I'll be going shopping to help her choose the odd bits she didn't have time to get last week for the boys.
Right time for a cuppa before going out in the rain
Cheers chums

Evening all
Happy birthday Bargain Bird, sorry I forgot this morning, shame you didn't get to meet James Martin.
Happy Anniversary to the Tru's.
LW, roll on your next visitor.
Bitsy, no pension unfortunately, but we are all looking forward to our Christmas Lunch on Thursday, it's the one day we are all allowed to go to lunch together.
Hubby is now on board to throw every extra penny towards the mortgage to pay it off.
You comment reminded me of another colleague who's appraisal was also bad, she complained about our poor IT facilities & about teaching staff getting cost of living rises & band pay rises. She was told she was very negative & that she should try to say something positive, she replied 'I'm positive I'm being !!!! on' that didn't go down well.
I spent an hour & a half today labeling all my shelves, as instructed, with the colours of the paper stacked on them, only for another staff member to complain that I was wasting my time! Oh well, as long as I'm doing something wrong.
Three more get ups to go.
Time I started making another batch of packed lunches for the freezer.
Have a good evening everyone.

We have no heating this evening, boiler is leaking an man cant come until Thursday, luckily we have a couple of oilfilled radiators which are very efficient, so unlikely to freeze..
