Can't understand the Yorkshire connection for dog with teachers hat??
The dancers on the roof are dancing on the edge of the roof.
I guess we all have an opinion. As far as I'm concerned we are still one short - the microphone.
It's a Whippet - traditional stereotypical Yorkshire dog -flat cap & Whippet etc. Seems more in line with the humour of the illustrations but may well be Pet School.
The Dancers on the roof do look very like the ones who won Britains got talent, but they are very obviously on the edge so it's always going to be debatable.0 -
Ahh understand now but never thought of a Whippet as being a Yorkshire dog.
Still trying to think of something else for the microphone but might have to go with the status quo. We have some time to think things through.

Found the spiral staircase on the Dr Who site - now leaves us with nothing for the '50' ?????? Keep thinking

Whippets are associated with Northern working class men (Yorkshire and Lancashire). If it was wearing a cloth cap then it might definitely be Educating Yorkshire.0

The only other '50th' of note this year (other than Dr Who/National Theatre) is the JFK assassination anniversary, so lots of programmes on that (although why '50' inside a blue circle, is there any significance in that?? driving me mad!!! :eek:

We've until 17th Jan to get our list in order - then if there's conflict it will be for individuals to make their choice.
Keep thinking though as when correct suggestions are made you just instinctively know it fits.0
