Yep ,ive heard of this before. Personally, I dont like them, and I woudnt go through this myself.
You basically call your lender and get them out to do a survey asap . first person to survey gets it.
it is fairly common, but I think its another episode where makes sane people act mad, which is why I woudlnt personally go there.
You coudl get your survey booked and paid for then the othger person gets in first. Really depends on your lender and how quick they are TBH:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
HI Lynzpower
Well i have just spoken ot my lender and they said the survey will be carried out in the next few days. So it is comon then! I am not really running around mad as i have my mortgage offer from before so all they needed to do is change the details! I suppose if hte other survey has been booked before then Iiwll just check with the EA and surely they will tell me so I can cancell iit! Do you think it is EA tatics ?
Thanks every much

nah this isnt EA "tactics" its a genuine way for the vendor to distinguish between 2 equally decent buyers.
if your lender will refund the cost of the survey back if its been booked but not done then thats great, I have heard of a few that dont ( sorry cant remmeber off top of head who it is tho ) Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most?
