Christmas tips for the dog walker?

I'm not tipping my walker.
She was sent by my Vet as I'd had an accident and couldn't walk.
I've been well for weeks now, but due to Christmas, I didn't have the hard heart to stop it. So walking twice a week while I stay at home. £20 pw will have to end next year as I have only the state pension as my income.
She has an income, I don't.
When I was a child, it was the Grocer who rewarded the customer for their year round patronage, a little Christmas pudding whatever. Now, after paying someone all year, we're expected to give more because a baby child was born, who few seem to give a passing thought to in their pursuit of gorging and excess.
I'm not religious but cannot come to grips with the modern Christmas at all.
Wishing all animals adrift, from the overworked Donkey to the animals in kennels a better time next year.
Happy Christmas to all animal lovers.0 -

This costs £45 a week but it is worth it because his dog walker is fab and he gets a really good walk with 1 or 2 other dogs (he wont walk more than 3 at a time), always comes back with a huge doggy grin, and sleeps for the afternoon. He also posts videos so we can see what CD gets up to.
Anyway the question I have is, should I be giving our dogwalker a Christmas tip or bonus of some kind, or a bottle of whisky? Do other people do this?
If you want to get them a bottle of whisky, get them a bottle of whisky
I dont tip many people during the year, but I always tip hairdressers and in restaurants, taxis if Im ever in one which is rare these days as Im skinto
My mum is a teacher and she gets a lot of presents but she also gives as much away, each kid in her class gets a present as do classroom assistants, the janitor and other assistants that work with the blind children in her class
Its nice to show a bit of appreciation at christmas. If you want to give, give and give what you want, dont worry about what other people think or do.0 -
If she is out in all weathers some nice skin stuff, like nice hand cream might be nice as being cold does dry out your skin or a voucher to a local beauty place.0

I'll be thinking of something for mine in the new year, just annoyed at myself for not organising it sooner.0
