BREADMAKER -Anyone use one ?

I use the tins of allinson yeast rather than the packets - make sure you get the green one for use with a breadmaker though. Any SM own-brand breadflour works for me. I haven't had any problems with the nut/fruit dispenser when I use it, although 90% of the time I'm on a plain white loaf these days.
I do exactly the same. Using own brand flour gets the cost right down. It is around 47p a loaf. You have to add sugar and yeast which pushes the cost up a bit.
I do not use a bread maker just mix in my Kenwood and put in bread tins. It's really easy to default to cynicism these days, since you are almost always certain to be right.0
