Try making a raspberry fool. The ingredients are nothing more than raspberry puree, whipping cream and castor sugar. Just type in 'How to make raspberry fool' into your search engine to see how you go about it.0

Squiggle onto porridge in the morning...0

It's yummy with a lemon tart. Most recently, I served crushed raspberries with warmed up bought waffles and vanilla icecream - a very nice quick pud.0

Drizzled over vanilla icecream and topped with chunks of white chocolate or added to apple when you make apple crumble!0

Sweeten it the lazy way by adding icing sugar to taste, and then pour it over chocolate brownies, and add a dollop of whipped cream. Indulgent but utterly fabulous.Better is good enough.0

If you can hack a chunk off to defrost then I would put a dollop or two in a milk/rice/semolina pud.instead of a swirl of jam.I love winter time when you can have rice puds or semolina.I do my rice pud overnight in the SC a large tin tin of evap milk.made up with water to a pint and three quarters, a few ounces of rice & caster or brown sugar into the buttered bowl of the slow cooker and a quarter pint of milk .
Lid on switch it on last thing before bed and leave on low heat overnight.Kitchen smells gorgeous in the morning
I add a few drops of vanilla as well mixed in before switching on. and a sprinkle of grated cinnamon on top.
Enough pudding for me for three or four days on my own but for a family at least two days .Once cold I decant it into a dish and keep in the fridge.I either have a HM soup starters or pud for afters when I have my dinner at night.Helps streeetch the meal and fills you up without costing very much0 -
I love rice pudding, as well JackiO and might put some puree on top next time - but I would not want to spoilt it! It is so easy to make a rice pudding but not so many people do it - they do not know what they are missing!0
