Our vendors took everything, we moved in on Saturday and still have no cooker, washing machine, dishwasher etc, my mum bought us some curtains for two windows so the lounge and bedroom have some. The seller moved to rented ages ago so don't quite know what she's done with the appliances but clearly didn't want us to have them. We are trying to hold out for the January sales before we buy them, microwave Xmas dinner anyone...0

I assume it wasn't a surprise to you though as the fixtures and fittings list would have specified what was staying/going?
I would expect integrated and fitted items to be staying unless you told me otherwise at the viewing (and later in f&f list). I wouldn't assume with the blinds but it's unlikely I'd give you extra for them, although some might give you a token amount if the really like them and know how expensive it would be to replace them.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
