I know that their Lasagne, tagliatelle & moussaka were all made with the same ingredients as the ones for Birds Eye, Dr Oetker etc. only thing that was changed was the shape of the nozzle that squirted the sauce out.
Also remember that when the M&S bods came round to visit the factory there was a major clean-up, ironic really when the rest of the time we were knee deep dropped pasta and sauce!!

The ad that had us in stitches was the one for M&S summer fruit terrine.
They try to make it sound so seductive and posh, we were like what on earth?! we must be so posh too cause we have that most weeks, only difference is, we call it fruit and jelly:D :rotfl: :rotfl:

I love M & S... tried to get him to take me there today but no chance!! We went to the Organic produce farm shop instead!!!
It is unbelievable what you can spend in M & S BUT the food is fantastic - we love the Greek food.. the Feta cheese etc and the fruit is fantastic.
ASDA/Tesco fruit is not very nice at all...
You couldn;t do a weekly shop there and you don't get much for your money.. but it feels good eating a lovely dinner from there. We go there instead of eating out restaurants - our treat will be a nice M & S dinner and a DVD0 -
I have been on a slow weightloss diet, and when I am craving something tasty you cant beat their low cal range.Beef casserole with dumplings and chocolate mousse are the best and keep me from cracking up,oh and their low calorie muesli is the only muesli I actually look forward to having breakfast (only buy when on buy 2 get one free) and lower calorie than porridge. THeir shortbread, off the bakery section is to die for.0

ive recently tried asda's value range of this, and was amazed at how nice it was (must confess, i was expecting it to be awful, so i could justify paying over £1 a tin for the one i do like). worth a punt.
i love it as a jacket potato filling, or with petit pois, baby carrots and sweetcorn served with rice :drool:know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0
