Changing Sky Installation date.

Someone please help me I am going NUTS with Sky. I want to order Sky Original via TCB for a present for my FIL. I don't want it installed until after xmas The online calendar wont let me past 20th and Ive just spent ages on the Chat line trying to explain the problem to some person on the sub continent. Sorry. Retract that.can anyone tell me how to change the installation date online once I sign up for sky. Or do I phone and risk losing TCB.

Sky has mainly UK call centres, so try again .
