    So glad to read this and you won in court on their home turf of Preston as well! I just read back to your first page to find out where this was.

    I assume this was claim number 3JD04749 ? (some of us look at court listings!).

    Can you tell us more about how it went, so other newbies getting court claims from PE can read how you found it and what happened on the day, what the Judge said, how much chance you were given to speak and at what point you knew you'd won? What was the ParkingEye law rep like, what was their name as we see the same ones mentioned fairly often? Which Judge?
