I've got a question on behalf of somebody else..
My aunt wants to transfer her name to her freinds name, does anybody know which pontins should she send a letter too, either camber sands (where its booked for) or pontins head office (where the bookings take place)

Asking them about changing the names may highlight the issue and they may not let you change or try to charge you a silly price for changing. I don't know how changing names works perhaps you could try ringing up but don't give any details and just ask general advice.

I was kindly offered a free holiday last week at Prestatyn. I just wrote the ref number on a piece of paper and gave that at the gate. They asked me to confirm name and address (the details of the original booking not mine). Then had to fill out a form.

I am not sure if they will tighten up the security with all this eBay stuff but I had no problems last Friday (29/06). I was worried (although one male and one female on booking was the same they were 10 years older than us) before I went but I read on the posts they don't check.

I managed to change the address/name to a friend over the phone earlier but had to pay £10 admin fee

just called bookings up to get more info on name changing, they said they arent doing it anymore, contacted camber sands who changed it for free over the phone

i've just called and they have some southport holidays left (nowhere else) but not weekend, it's monday 9th july - friday 13th.

my son has his school play next week so we can't go. anyone who's already broken up might be interested though.

hi does any one have wales or southport holidays for 13 july they are not going to use i would love to have either or the 9-13 rang but they have none left would be very gratful if anyone is not going to use theres
