what did they say to you when you complained?

I explained to them the dirty room which i cleaned on arrival - the faulty bathroom taps, smashed bottles on paths around the site and that my son may have caught hand footand mouth the moment we arrived (he may not have but the doctor we found locally said he was the 3rd emergency case of people staying there!) We had 3 young children and thought it would be good for all ages - as advertised. but the entertainment was so loud the youngest 2 were scared and we had to walk out..... etc etc! They apologised and saif they would inspect the cleaner who did our chalet. offered us a free week . i declined. so we had our £30 back
