hi thanks for advice about changing holiday but it didnt work for me.phoned southport number, lady was very sympathetic but said she was not able to change holidays and put me through to call centre who said there are no free holidays left to change with but shall keep trying.

It seems bed linen is included, even in budget, its usually £10 to hire!!

I telephoned earlier was told all free holidays had gone but I could get 50% of cost of holiday but half what I pay back in vouchers. I then spoke to someone else later who daid they are only offering 30% of price of holidays. I think it all depends who you speak too what offr you get

found the correct phone number on saynoto0870, the area code should be 01745, 854532 is correct.

Just don't change the names!
If you're swapping, use the name and details of the person you're swapping with. And you will definitely need their reference number.
