Is anybody able to swap the above for any weekend to anywhere (don't mind if it runs over to a couple of extra nights). My boyfriend has just informed me he can't get the time off work and I don't want to miss out, will be my only break for 2 years!

I got my confirmation letter after all, it was sent to the wrong address (downstairs neighbour) and my name was misspelt! lol!

It says something like bedlinen £0.0, do we need to take our own bedding??

Hi all, this may help any of you trying to swap. I called the 0870 switchboard number to see if I could swap to any other park. They said no as no more available. I then went through directly to the Southport Park (Tel: 08706 010470) and they swapped me over to Camber Sands on the same dates, no charge. This might also be worth a go if you can't make the dates you have booked?? The Hemsby Tel: is 08706 010478 and the Camber Sands Tel: is 08706 010475. Good Luck!

Ok, so I called back again earlier to check the type of accomodation I had and was told that this was not a free holiday and that an invoice for £140 was on the way to me. After a lot of arguing Pontins agreed to honour my Camber Sands booking and have waivered the charge. Apparantly Southport were not aware of the free holidays when I spoke to them earlier today. All worked out ok inthe end but they have said they will not be doing any more swaps!
