Another Draft Rejection - UKPC

Just got round to doing this, does this draft letter seem reasonable based on the info i gave above? Its basically copied form the pepipoo thread linked above.Dear UKPC
As Registered Keeper of the vehicle xxxxxxx I am in receipt of two letters addressed as ‘Notice to Driver’ and ‘Final Reminders’ in relation to an alleged parking incident on nth of month 201n. As Registered Keeper I have already communicated on this matter (I enclose a copy of the letter).
The issuance of this communication clearly indicates a gross failure to follow the BPA code of Practise.
As per my previous letter requesting this parking charge to be cancelled I note that it appears you have refused my appeal. UKPC have also ignored my request and failed to provide me with a POPLA code.
Please issue the POPLA code within 7 days or I will be forced to take this matter up with Trading Standards. Alternatively, please provide written communication that this charge has been cancelled.
I will wait to hear a response from you on this matter.
Thanks.0 -
spelling mistake alert, its practice , no s
you also have not mentioned complaining to the BPA or the DVLA about this
its clear they are in breach of the BPA and DVLA guidelines as can be seen in responses to other members recently
