we took my OH brothers OH daughter to a theme park today gambling it would not rain.
Hey presto had a great day out in perfect weather while it rained all day back home 20 miles away.Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -

Arrgh... thanks for all the replies but unfortunatley I was outvoted by the rest of the family on this one and I tend to agree with all the other MSE's. I'm not scared of the rain I had even got my wet suit ready to do a bit of surfing!! Yes it was a waste of money and I would've gladly given the holiday away, but the caravan owners was quite insistent that we couldn't transfer it over to anyone else!!! I think they had got other people who wanted to stay in it. I asked if they could donate our money that we paid to charity.... still awaiting a reply!0
