Due to my ultra frugality this week I haven't spent any cash nor taken any out, which is great from a money saving point of view but pretty poor on the £2 savings front. Will see if any pop up over the weekend

I've not posted here for ages, so a quick update.

I've reached £126 of my £200 "xmas treats kitty" target with about 4 months to go - so quite pleased with that. A lot of them surfaced during the last couple of months so I'm guessing some MSE forum members have banked theirs recently :rotfl:

Usual cunning plans apply - buying £18 of petrol rather than £20 and hoping for a shiny coin in change, making sure my shopping change is at least £2 etc
