Hello,

Can I please join this challenge...I've been doing this on my own (before discovering the MSE site) for a number of years, with my aim to fill my Terramundi pot with £2 coins. I would have completed this many times over by now....however as a skint student I learnt how to get the £2 back out again with a ruler :-/ !

I'm now a much more determined, organised & better paid person so this is hopefully....doable!

Have just weighed the pot £480.00 in total. Going to me moving soon, so am thinking of banking all the ordinary £2.00 coins.

I finally got the tube £2 coin this week.....or should I say my son did on our way to work but I swapped it straight away.
Im thinking of emptying my pot soon as three weeks ago we lost our german shepherd to cancer and in the five years we've had him we've never been away ss a family, my son always stayed home with him. We've just booked a few days away next month, all of us. So might empty the plain coins for a few treats.

Makes sense to put them somewhere where they can at least earn you interest. Plus it will be one less thing to move later, they'll be heavy!
