Hi folks,


I'm not a member of this thread but thought I'd pop in to share some good news!! I've been saving £2 coins for a while in a sealed pot and finally decided I would put them towards holiday spends for this year. Im going away this weekend and I also have a holiday booked in the summer. I wanted to count up my saved £2s and see where I was at.


So today I did! I broke open my pot and out tumbled £426!!!


So £400 has gone in the bank, £20 towards spends for this weekend and £6 has gone into a new sealed pot. I'm definitely saving all my £2 coins again as I've not missed them in my purse at all as they've always automatically just gone into the pot.


Good eh!! I wanted to say to everyone here that it is so worth saving in this way. If I can anyone can!!
