    I was sort of doing this anyway and just spotted the thread today - could I join please? :) Will give me more motivation to not accidentally spend them on takeaways! I think I have about £16 so far - no ultimate goal, just see how many I can get until the jar is full...

    I've deposited £20 worth of £2 coins into my bank account. Current total for the year stands at £80 and will all go towards my road tax in October. I'll keep on going for as long as possible, but there seems to be a distinct lack of £2 coins in the area! :D
