Virgin Media putting a set price up

Hi all, I know this may sound obvious to some but I need a bit if help with VM. I signed up to a £35 pm contract locked in for one year but price locked only for 2 years. 9 months into contract they put price up to £43 pm and also gave just sent letter to say will be going up again. I have rung several times to complain…
